REPORTS TO: Director of People/Culture
SALARY: Based on Experience
GENERAL SUMMARY: The Client Relations role is pivotal in embodying CROSS values and standards to various audiences. This role is essential in creating a great first impression and providing top-tier hospitality and customer service, akin to a concierge experience. As the initial point of contact for visitors and phone inquiries, you will ensure high-quality interactions with both new and returning clients. Additionally, you will work closely with team members on the tasks outlined below.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Front Desk/Hospitality Duties
- Answer and manage inbound phone calls in a timely manner.
- Create a professional and welcoming first impression, whether answering questions via phone or in person.
- Greet and assist office visitors, offering refreshments as appropriate, and ensuring common areas are well-prepared.
- Maintain and stock client and common area supplies.
- Communicate with team members on significant events such as birthdays and work anniversaries.
- Coordinate the company's quarterly CROSS Family Fun Events and oversee the CROSS Fun Committee.
- Office Management Duties
- Receive and distribute packages and mail appropriately.
- Manage the inventory of CROSS office and kitchen supplies, ensuring timely ordering and maintenance of inventory levels within the budget.
- Prepare new hire documents for orientation and onboarding.
- Assist Leadership Team members with administrative duties as needed.

- Knowledge of Executive Level Treatment to be extended to all clients, guests, and team members.
- You will also assist with administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies and maintaining cleanliness in common areas.
- Your role includes managing the front desk, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be well organized, detail-focused with good time management.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Attention to detail and a friendly demeanor.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
