As a Luxury Residential Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing potential leads, understanding clients' needs, and guiding them through the sales process. Your ability to effectively communicate, negotiate, and build strong relationships will be crucial in achieving and maintaining high close ratios. You will work closely with our clients, utilizing your problem-solving skills and industry knowledge to help them realize their vision for their homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and social media.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Maintain a minimum 80% close ratio of qualified leads that sign Design Agreements and Project Evaluations.
  • Identify client issues that have led them to engage in the remodeling process.
  • Understand client needs and offer suitable design-build solutions.
  • Present and promote CROSSs services to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the design and construction teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a minimum 80% close ratio of Design Agreements and Project Evaluations that are signed into Production.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Sales, Construction, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in residential remodeling or custom home building. 
  • Strong understanding of the design-build industry.
  • Sandler Sales Training is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 
  • Need to be a hunter
  • Need to be a closer
  • Need to have elevated sales leads bucket
  • Detail-oriented, neat, and organized.
  • Flexible and possesses great problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proactive, responsible, honest, and goal-driven. 
  • Curious and eager to learn, persistent, open-minded.
  • Ability to adapt communication styles to the needs and preferences of others.
